Requirements: They wanted an ecommerce solution, eg. the ability to sell their products online, the functionality to accept various payment methods in the future besides EFT, stock and inventory management, etc. But they also still wanted their website to maintain their "old" website's look and feel.

Solution: We suggested WordPress + WooCommerce as their CMS and ecommerce platforms. We used a pre-built theme and integrated their current designs into the theme. Some essential plugins were added to increase the security and performance of the site in general. Then lastly we helped in loading their products into WooCommerce, and also configuring their shop's backend. It was a really nice project to be a part of.

Description: A website showcasing bands and classical groups primarily focussing on making (background) music at events like weddings, private functions, corporate functions, etc.

Cellar 2 Cellar

Description: This website was setup specially to be an advertisement and online entry gateway for the annual Cellar 2 Cellar fun run.

Requirements: They wanted a website dedicated to the annual C2C event, which should be used to promote the event, host the post-event results and photos, and also be able to redirect entrants to the correct events registration website handling the actual registrations.

We also made use of the Google Docs viewer to embed the results in XLS format on their results page.

shofarband

Description: shofarband is a group of musicians from the Shofar Christian Church based in Stellenbosch.

Requirements: They wanted a website mainly to promote their upcoming tours, albums, etc. Nothing too fancy. They just really wanted to have a full-screen background image gallery.

Solution: We suggested WordPress as their CMS platform. We used a pre-built theme and integrated their current designs into the theme. Some essential plugins were added to increase the security and performance of the site in general. The CD order form was custom built and directs payment traffic to a secure payment gateway. We also implemented the full-screen background image gallery. Currently there is a splash page with an embedded youtube video shown to first-time visitors promoting their latest music video.
